Now that Yogg's been downed, it brings up the question of where the raid's (progression) time should be focused. The options are: tackle the new instance or existing hard modes. Please keep in mind that deciding to work on ulduar hard modes in all likelyhood will lock out the later part of ulduar for most guildies.
Encounters:
Northrend beast
Flame Laviathan (probably should attempt 3 towers before 4)
XT (do we have sufficient dps to even attempt this?)
Iron Council (probably should attempt runemaster last before steelbreaker last)
hodir (don't know if we ever did this. Devinoch has the gear from it, did it come from a PUG?)
Thorim (we were within ~5 second of activating this one 2 weeks ago)
Freya (probably can start keeping up a guardian)
The following encounters we still have a hard time doing normally. NOT up for hard mode consideration.
Mimiron
General
Yogg
Also, since we now have easy content that can be farmed for badges and raid ID's can be extended... Should we move back to 1 night progression, 1 night farm? I think so. If we do, we should alternate nights for people who can only make one night. This is of course assuming that attendance remains what it is.
We should also require people to bring mains to progression night. Farm night is, of course, alt friendly.

Re: Progression & hard modes
I think with the everyone who are mains that were able to attend Ulduar on a consistent basis, we should be able to get to XT002 hard mode by beating the heart and we can do get to Thorim by reaching him within 3 minutes. We were close to it on XT before, and we were definitely close at Thorim. One time we saw Thorim engaged just as Sif was saying she's leaving, and we thought we triggered hard mode but we didn't.
For reference I think these places drop these iLvl of loot:
Ulduar 10: iLvl 219. Ulduar 10 Hard: iLvl 226 or 232. Ulduar 25: iLvl 226
Trial of the Champion heroic 5: iLvl 219 (resets daily). Trial of the Crusader 10: iLvl 232
I think at least for now, until we get this straightened out and let everyone have the chance to gear up, we should throw out invites on the calendar all 3 of these events on all days of the week just to figure out who can attend which one, and what type of composition we are getting... Here I'm typing the (mains/alts) stuff as just a suggestion strictly of my own personal opinion. Also, people can sign up and check attendance on wowarmory.com or your iPhone, so you don't have to be logged into the game to sign up:
Ulduar 10 (mains or alts)
Ulduar 10 Hard Mode (mains)
Trial 10 (mains preferred, or if you're an alt, need to have at least some respectable ilvl 219 gear in the right spec)
For example, I would sign up Camyu for Ulduar 10 hard mode and Trial 10 on all days I can play. But I would only sign up Kanon for Ulduar 10, because she's an alt, and I think Kanon is not yet (as of today) geared enough for Trial 10 because I only have 1 or 2 iLvl 219/226 gear and Kanon is mostly in lvl 200 purples and even in blues. In fact, I think Kanon is probably barely ready for Ulduar 10... But anyway... If the raid needs a 10th body and Kanon happens to be online and not saved, she would definitely go. Things like that.
:edit: I'm thinking the following days:
Tue - Trial 10 (1), Ulduar 10
Wed - Trial 10 (2) Ulduar 10 h/m
Thu - Ulduar 10
Fri, Sat, Sun, not sure yet... But we should throw some stuff out jsut so we can fill the calendar for surveying purposes...
