I haven't met them yet but according to Wowhead, supposedly the Triumphant Armor Vendors at the Argent Tournament grounds are known as
Champion Isimode (easymode) for the Alliance, and
Champion Faesrol (faceroll) for the Horde

They sell iLvl 258 token gear. I think that's the ones equivalent to TotC 25heroic...?
